Bible Study Classes
Adult Sunday School returns Sunday, September 13 at 9:00 AM in the church library! This welcoming group offers space for learning, conversation, and spiritual growth as we explore Scripture and everyday life together.
We’ll begin with The Bible Tells Me So: Why Defending Scripture Has Made Us Unable to Read It by Peter Enns. Whether you enjoy deep study, have questions, or simply want to connect, adults of all ages and stages of faith are welcome.
Sometimes a short devotional can open the door to a much bigger conversation. Join us Sundays at approximately noon in the Chapel, September 13 through October, for reflection and discussion using The Upper Room.
Each week, we’ll use Wednesday’s devotion as a starting point to explore Scripture, share perspectives, and consider how God is speaking into everyday life.
Tuesday Bible Study offers a welcoming space to open Scripture, ask questions, and grow in faith together. Through guided study and conversation, we’ll explore how God’s Word speaks into everyday life.
Adults at all stages of faith are welcome. Class begins September 15 at 10:00 AM.
Wednesday Zoom Bible Study: Faith & Faithfulness
What does it mean to live by faith and remain faithful when doing good feels difficult? Our Wednesday Bible Study explores Faith & Faithfulness using United Methodist curriculum to provide context and deeper insight into Scripture. We meet Wednesdays at 10:00 AM on Zoom, so you can join from home.

What does it actually mean to be Chosen? To answer that question, we’re going old school- testament that is- which leads us back to the New. Which always leads us directly to Jesus. Being chosen by Jesus has beautiful and far-reaching implications- although it says even more about the Chooser than the choosee.
We are loved because He’s love. We are saved because He’s merciful. We belong to the family of God because Jesus invites us, making the Bible and all it’s promises as true for us today as it was for God’s chosen nation.
Class resumes with Season 2 on September 17, 2026 in the Chapel at 10:00am.
Experience the stories of Jesus in a whole new way! Together, we’ll watch The Chosen Adventures, explore the people and lessons we encounter along the way, and bring those stories to life through hands-on crafts, creative projects, and conversation.
Whether you love creating, learning, or simply spending time with others, this is a relaxed and fun space to connect, get creative, and discover something new about faith along the way. No artistic skills required—just come ready to watch, wonder, and create.

This fall, join us for a study of Five Marks of a Methodist by Steve Harper. Drawing from the teachings of John Wesley, this accessible book explores five characteristics that shape a life of growing faith: loving God, rejoicing in God, giving thanks, praying constantly, and loving others.
Whether you’ve been United Methodist your whole life or are still discovering what Methodism is all about, this study is an opportunity to grow deeper in your faith, learn more about our Wesleyan tradition, and consider how these “five marks” can take shape in your own life.
