You Don’t Have to Walk Through Grief Alone.

Grief can feel isolating, overwhelming, and unpredictable. Whether your loss happened recently or years ago, there is no timeline for grief—and you don’t have to navigate it by yourself.

GriefShare is a supportive, faith-based group designed for people grieving the death of a spouse, family member, friend, or loved one. Each gathering offers a safe and caring space to learn about grief, hear from others who understand, and find practical tools and encouragement for the days ahead.

What To Expect

Each GriefShare gathering includes a video featuring grief recovery experts and real-life stories, time for supportive group conversation, and opportunities for personal reflection through the GriefShare workbook.

You are never required to share more than you are comfortable sharing. Some days you may want to talk. Other days, you may simply need to sit with people who understand. Both are welcome here.

Come As You Are

You don’t need to have the right words. You don’t need to have reached a certain point in your grief. And you certainly don’t need to have everything figured out.

GriefShare is a place to bring the questions, emotions, memories, difficult days, and even moments of hope that come with loving and losing someone.

There is room for your grief here. There is room for your story. And there are people ready to walk alongside you.
