Membership

When you join a church and covenant to support it with your prayers, your presence, your gifts, your service, and your witness, you choose to live as a member of the church and its structure. Membership at First UMC Jackson is both a privilege, and an honor. To join the church, as a participating full member, talk with one of the pastors who would be happy to explain the process and what it means.

I'm in the Hospital
(Or I'm Aware of Someone Who Is)

Hospitals are becoming increasingly sensitive to disclosing personal information.  Now even churches and clergy don't know that you are in the hospital even if they ask for you.  Please let the church know that you will be or are in the hospital.

Attention Snowbirds!

Snowbirds, as you make your preparations to and from warmer climates, please remember to inform the church of your departure date, so we can update your records. Remember, third class mail will not forward and we wouldn't want you to miss any of the news from home.
